Aug. 19, 2026 Tour 2027 Update & Friendly Payment Reminder
Dear Friends,
Only five months to go until the fun begins! Is everyone getting excited?
Manila Tour
All of the golf courses have now been confirmed and scheduled. If you joined us on a previous Manila Tour, you’ll find that most of these courses are different—and, supposedly, even nicer!
Bangkok Tour
The hotels and golf courses have also been confirmed. We now need to book and pay for the PAL airline tickets, which are included in the tour package.
At this point, the venues are requiring substantial deposits to hold our reservations, so we need to make sure our group commitments are kept.
With that in mind, this is just a friendly reminder for anyone who may have overlooked or forgotten the tour’s payment schedule. As of August 15, 50% of your remaining balance was due. Most of you have already taken care of this—thank you! Unfortunately, a few balances are still outstanding.
Please refer to the most recent confirmation recap we emailed to everyone to check your current balance. The payment does not have to be exactly 50%; an amount reasonably close to that will be fine.
If you need us to resend your confirmation recap, just text or email me (Bill) and we’ll be happy to send it.
Another important reminder: Please read and accept (or not) the Liability Waiver Agreement (LWA). Our vendors, agents, etc. would be happier if this agreement was accepted. Leo and I would be too...to avoid any misunderstanding later. It will only take 5 minutes of your time. Click "LWA" on the website's menu.
It might be also good to refresh your memory of both tours' itinerary and schedule.
And just in case you missed previous announcements, click "Announcements".
Here's the link to our tour's website:

We’re looking forward to a great trip, lots of golf, and plenty of fun and socializing with everyone!

July 31, 2026 Bangkok Tour - PAL Airline Tickets
Dear Friends,
The excitement is building, and preparations for our Bangkok Tour are moving along quickly!
If you have signed up for the tour, please take note of this important update.
We have now begun booking and paying for our round-trip flights from Manila to Bangkok.
Please note the following:
Due to the expected increase in fuel surcharges, our travel agent has started booking our group flights.
The current airfare remains within our projected budget.
Because we are booking as a group, airline tickets are non-refundable.
Any changes to the travel schedule you initially confirmed in your recap that affect your airline ticket may result in airline change penalties or additional fees.
If you decide to cancel your participation in the Bangkok Tour, the cost of your airline ticket will be deducted from any applicable refund.
We believe it's always best to keep everyone informed, so there are no surprises later on.
Stay healthy, everyone—there are only 7 months to go, and we can't wait to travel with you!

July 29, 2026 Manila Golf Tour Update - The Excitement is Building!
Dear Friends,
We can definitely feel the excitement—and maybe a little anxiety—as our Manila Golf Tour gets closer!
The Good News... and the "Bad" News
The Good News: We've successfully booked every course on our itinerary as planned!
The "Bad" News: As with any golf tour, nothing is ever 100% guaranteed. We're about 99% confirmed, but there's always that tiny 1% of the unexpected. That's just the nature of organizing golf in the Philippines!
This Year's Highlights
We're excited to introduce five courses that are new to this year's itinerary:
Sun Valley (Antipolo) – Close to our hotel, making it a great first-round course without adding too much to the effects of jet lag.
Eagle Ridge – Greg Norman Course – A more challenging layout than the Aoki Course we played two years ago.
Hallow Ridge – A beautiful newer course that's notoriously difficult to book, but we managed to secure tee times this year. It's also conveniently close to our hotel.
Royal Northwoods – One of everyone's favorites from two years ago. Many of you asked to play it again last year, but we couldn't get it. This year, it's back!
Manila Southwoods – Legends Course – One of the premier courses in the Philippines. It's expensive and very difficult to reserve, but thanks to some good friends, we were able to secure tee times at a discounted rate. You won't want to miss this one!
A Special Bonus
After our round at Pradera Golf Club in Pampanga—the farthest course on our schedule—we'll treat everyone to a complimentary Kapampangan "linner" (late lunch/early dinner), featuring one of the Philippines' best regional cuisines. That way, when we return to the hotel, you can simply relax and enjoy the evening.
And yes...
Sherwood Hills is back! It was one of the biggest favorites from last year's tour, and we're happy to say we've secured it again.
You can view the complete itinerary here:

Reminder
Many of you still need to complete the Liability Waiver Agreement (LWA). It takes less than five minutes, so if you haven't done it yet, please complete it as soon as possible:

Thank you all for joining us. We'll continue sending updates as we get closer to departure.
The countdown is on—we can't wait to share another unforgettable golf adventure with all of you!
Warm regards,
Leo & Bill

June 28, 2026 email
Dear friends,
How is everybody doing?
We hope this email finds you all well and excited for our upcoming Tours.
It's been almost 2 months since we announced our Tour 2027. And there's been a lot of excitement, especially for the Bangkok Tour.
Please note the following reminders and points of concern:
If you have signed up for any tour, you should have received an email with a PDF attachment of Confirmation Recap showing details of your registration. Please review it carefully to avoid any misunderstandings later.
If your plans have changed, just re-register again superseding the previous one.
Or reply to the confirmation email and reiterate the changes. Or call/text me (Bill) if it is more convenient.
If you haven't done it, please start researching and/or booking your international flights. Hopefully, airfare prices are lower now. But, this is all up to you as to when to book. Just don't miss out.
Reminder: A $500 deposit is due by July 1st. This is to reaffirm your commitment to join the Tour/s. Please review Payment Terms and Cancellation Terms explained in your Confirmation Recap.
Re: Manila Tour
All golf courses have been pencil-booked but are still subject to change. Confirmation and deposits will be made soon.
During golfing days, as much as possible, we will try to be back at the hotel from the courses at around 5:00pm to give us all enough time for dinner. However, this could mean earlier breakfast and departure in the morning. Definite bus departure times will be posted in October.
There is no visa required entering the Philippines. If you have a US passport and born in the Philippines (BalikBayan), you are allowed to stay for one year. If you are not BalikBayan, you have 30 days from the latest arrival date.
Just like last year, you will need to provide your passport and flight info thru the eGov.ph app which you can download thru Apple Apps store or go to etravel.gov.ph. But this can only be completed within 72 hours of departure flight to Phil. This is important, or else you might get stuck on arrival at Immigration for another hour just completing all this information.
On Jan 26, Tuesday, we might again organize a free day tour, including lunch, for the wives to Tanay, Rizal visiting the 71ft Regina Rica statue of Holy Mother of Rosary. Again, we will be escorted and guided by the nuns specially. They will open the park just for our group since they are usually closed on Tuesdays. It all depends on the number of participants.
Re: Bangkok Tour
If US passport, no visa required.
Itinerary and schedule are confirmed as posted on the website.
If you are flying direct to Bangkok, it will be your responsibility to transport yourself and luggage from the airport to Nysa Hotel Bangkok.
PAL airline tickets roundtrip are included in the package. However, we calculated the ticket cost around $400. If, at time of booking, the final costs are significantly higher (or lower), we might be forced to adjust the package cost accordingly.
Re: Liability Waiver Agreement (LWA)
If you haven't done so, please read and accept this agreement. Every year our tour partners have required this agreement from everyone. Click "LWA" on the navigation menu of the website. Don't worry...it's not like you're signing your life away. 🙂
Note: I'm creating a webpage that will show all the important emails/announcement regarding our tour/s. This way you can easily refer back to these announcements. It will be on the navigation menu as "Announcements".

May 2, 2026 email
Dear friends!
The wait is over!
Thank you for your patience as we finalized the details for our 2027 Tour. Due to rising costs—particularly fuel and general economic factors—we took extra time to carefully negotiate with all our partners, including hotels, transportation, and golf venues.
We’re happy to share that our efforts paid off, and we’ve kept price increases to a minimum compared to last year:
Tour Package Updates
Pkg (A) Sharing (2 golfers in room): from $2,663 to $2,743 per golfer (only $80 increase)
Pkg (B) Double Occupancy (golfer & non-golfer): from $4,219 to $4,249 (only $30 increase)
Pkg (C) Single Occupancy (1 golfer in room): from $3,626 to $3,720 (only $94 increase)
On average, this works out to about a $6 increase per night.
Bangkok Tour Highlights
12 nights total
2 nights at Shangri-La Hotel
10 nights at two 5-star hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya
Includes roundtrip airfare from Manila to Bangkok
includes Chinese and Western buffet breakfast + 4 lunches + 5 dinners
includes NT$2 million travel liability insurance + NT$200,000 accidental medical insurance
includes attraction entrance tickets
Please note that airfare is based on current rates and may change slightly at the time of booking. We will be flying on Phil Air Lines which has the most convenient arrival and departure schedules.
Participation is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your spot as soon as possible.
We’re excited to have you join us for another unforgettable golf experience!
